By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Commerce Policy.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your SurgeConnect account without refund.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

SurgeConnect offers digital goods and software services.

• No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a plan is activated, as server resources are allocated immediately.
• Free Trial: We recommend using the Free/Trial version to evaluate the software before purchasing a subscription.

In no event shall SurgeConnect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
